Price update time. How long it takes for a change made in the panel to go live. It should be seconds.

Image management. Uploading, compressing and resizing product photos should be automatic in the system. Heavy images lower menu loading speed directly.

Data ownership. Menu data has to be exportable. Deciding to leave the system should not mean rebuilding the menu.
