By using the evohaus.org website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the website. EVOHAUS Yapay Zeka Danışmanlık ve Ajans Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("evohaus") reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.

evohaus.org is a corporate website provided for informational purposes to introduce the services, products and approach of evohaus. The content on the site does not constitute a binding offer; the services provided are subject to separate agreements (see Section 6).

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software and other materials on the website belong to evohaus and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

• The "evohaus" trademark, logo and visual identity are registered/protected assets of evohaus.
• All rights to the software, source code and system designs developed by evohaus are reserved.

• Do not engage in any attempt that would jeopardise system and data security (unauthorised access, scanning, automated data collection, etc.)

The information on the website is for general informational purposes only. evohaus:

• Does not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• Makes no warranty as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of the content.

• Cannot be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the use of the website.

06Services and Offers

The consultancy, software and automation services offered by evohaus are provided not through the website but under separately concluded service and/or usage agreements.

• The service descriptions on the site are for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
• Scope, pricing, implementation and SaaS terms are finalised during the offer and contract stage.
• The warranty and liability terms relating to the services are governed by the relevant agreement.

Personal data processed through the website is subject to the principles set out in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice.

08Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Mersin shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from these terms.
