05Transfer of Data and Cross-Border Transfer

Your data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with the suppliers from whom we obtain hosting, infrastructure, email and analytics services, and with legally authorised public authorities.

The servers of some of the infrastructure, analytics or artificial-intelligence-based service providers used in operating the website may be located abroad. In such cases, the transfer is carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or the exceptions set out in the Law.
